Can confirm that nature is nice. Otherwise, we tend to have similar issues plaguing other Western nations, so your mileage may vary. If you're extremely well educated and already established in a field of expertise, then you might have a leg up on everyone else.
New Zealand would be great. Spent some time there and the people and landscape are amazing.
Malaysia or Singapore. I love the region, the atmosphere, and the aesthetics.
I live in Norway, but I've been to those countries a lot, and every time I get home I start missing it.

You mean the Republic. Northern Ireland is real Ireland. But also yeah, most prefer not to be in the UK for sure.

I’m an urban person and prefer dense city living, so probably Singapore, Japan, or a couple of European countries. Singapore has the advantage of English being spoken everywhere though. And it’s close to so many other countries to travel to.
I've got a cousin in Denmark, and in-laws in Romania, but given my druthers maybe Maylasia, Georgetown specifically.
For now, I'd stay in Japan since I'm a decade in and in my 40s. If I had to move for some reason, somewhere in Finnoscandia (probably Norway) would be my first choice.
As a US citizen, probably Canada. I'm less than pleased with how our government has been treating our friends in the North under the current administration. Sounds like it would be a great place to live with some good perks compared to here.
The thought of raising my kids somewhere other than US soil is weirdly sad, though. My nation has done a lot to be ashamed of lately, but I still believe in what we're supposed to stand for.
I think the Netherlands is where I'd want to go for the people, and their urban planning. But that's too cold for my wife, and I don't even speak the language, so New Zealand is the other place, as it's in my wife's temperature tolerance, and I don't have to learn (much of) a new language.
I lived in Taiwan for a couple of years, I'd probably go back there and try to dedicate myself to learning the language full time this time.
Portugal. But I have kids here who couldn't afford to visit there, so I can't move anyway
If forced to leave my homeland, Uruguay. More specifically Montevideo - large southern cone city like mine, so I can keep my life pretty much the same.
If allowed to zig-zag between the new country and the current one (southern parts of Brazil): either Italy or Slovenia. Probably Italy given I speak Italian. I can get two winters and autumns per year!

Its kinda tough because as much as the us is an epicenter you see the same problem with degredation of rights or at least powerful parties attempting to do it elsewhere. When it comes down to it I would choose based on city. I like major cities that have real metro systems and one stands out because you can bring your dog on busses and trains and that is toronto. That is where I would love to live but where I would really like to live is in a high rise downtown which I can't even do in my own city so I would have to become much richer. Also my wife is a car person and she has some medical issues so its a bit hard to have her get around like I do so I would essentially have to be that much more well to do for it to really work out.
