I'm not qualified to touch grass, or anything grass-adjacent like a bush.
Why, which qualifications does one need other than having enough weight to not float away?
Consent seems pretty important, and I know one or more parties that dose not want to be outside.
Maybe that’s why people hangout on porches & stoops?
Exactly my thought. This just sounds like being in your garden/porch/balcony/... and I totally agree that it is superb for your mental
Probably also why eating outside on the restaurant porch/terrace is better than just inside the restaurant.

Staying at the house is absolutely not good for anxiety.
