yeah somebody accidentally bought some double thick. was a little too chewy i'm told but it photographs well anyway
bordering on being able to just call it pork belly. Personally I like some girth on the meat I put in my mouth. However you need to cook it properly so it is just crisp on the outside and just a bit soft, with buttery fatty portions, on the inside, cause a bit of chewy is good, but jerky doesn't work well on a sandwich.
I bet it tasted great, chewy or not.
Oh yeah, I wanna be very clear, I would destroy this sandwich.
