While there is more nuance to her vote than some people are willing to admit...it really does suck that she's trying so hard to straddle the fence on this issue.

Every politician in the entire US is straddling the fence or actively on the other side. The fact that people are drawing a line on AOC is kinda silly when she's actively trying to help people in the US while most Democrats are being complacent at best. I get that people feel betrayed, but if you expect politicians to be perfect all the time you will always fall flat. It reminds me of when Kamala didn't make a stance on the issue and people decided not to vote for her based upon it. And look where that got us.
I don't expect them to be perfect, I just expect them not to enable genocide at the behest of a foreign nation.
I'm hoping AOC can pivot and actually start being vocal about it. I'm not going to pretend the problem is people being too serious about genocide of all things. Mossad talking points over here.

It seems fairly on brand for AOC. Why should Israeli deaths be any more acceptable than Palestinian deaths?
