The fact that lack of foreign regulation means we shouldn't regulate domestically, even voluntarily, is honestly so dumb, and I hate this globalized economy we have for these sorts of domestic pressures we face.

In addition, they agree to human monitoring of AI systems and that developers who create generative AI systems for public use create systems so that anything generated by their system can be detected.
