final patch characters are usually bait on a given chapter be its whatever 5* (e. g emilie for Fontaine), or the last character released is a 4 rarity (i think sumeru ended with kirara, inazuma ended with heizou,
only 1.0 left a huge character impact (Kazuha)
I only like Ineffa because she reminds me of Aigis from Persona 3. But after seeing all the other characters... Sorry Ineffa. :(
I only would have liked to get her because im mecha foward, but its clear that Sandrone, if made playable, would fit that role better.
Similar to Emilie though, shes bait because the better options will probably be in the 6.X patches for lunar based reactions. (not that Emilie was bad, she did enable some characters to be more flexible, but didn't really make any lasting impact)
I'll still get Ineffa unless she somehow ends up absolutely not working in a team with Taru. Idgaf if that team will be better or worse than what there is now or if Taru's hydro is just complete overkill or if it's going to be some kind of Furina/Coffee wheelchair style team. I just want to play my favourite character and actually onfield him, preferably in a lot of different teams for variety. =/ Yes, I can ec with Fischl/Ororon... but i honestly just want to ditch Fischl from that team and Ineffa seems to be a good potential fit, especially with her shield as that means my last slot doesn't have to be a defensive one (I know, I skill issue).
