oh my goodness that looks incredible! i'm making that this week!
i air fry a frozen chicken patty, then while it's cooking put a tortilla on a plate and smear it with a sauce like ranch.
then add chopped lettuce and any other fillers like onion, olive, cheese, jalapeño or pepperoncini. If doing tomato i dice it, salt and pepper it then put it into a fine mesh sieve and push out as much water as i can before adding it on.
When the veggie chicken is done slice it into strips and layer it diagonally across the whole thing, wrap as tight as you can and toothpick it closed then cut the center on a 45° angle
this is a different one than the image i posted
for a burrito sized tortilla you can add a whole tomato and more lettuce than you would think
swords are the only acceptable toothpick for sandwiches, i wash and reuse them until they break!
Is it plant bacon or pig bacon?
it is pig bacon 😔 the people I cook for are not vegetarian yet but i'm working on it, hence the veggie chicken.

thank you :) I have heard it said 'you eat with your eyes' so i try to make the meals i make look like restaurant/deli food. the checkered sheets come from my local restaurant supply and i got little red baskets from the dollar store too it's subtle but during covid it really helped with not being able to go out and it stuck!
