In the anime, when Shinobu visits Alice for the first time we see that she lives in a beautiful house. This house is based on Fosse Farmhouse, a real location in the UK. They even have a special Kiniro Mozaiku page on their website with some comparison images:

If you look at the homepage, you can see that they even have that blue car.
