I mean they can rethink it all they want but it's really hard to get flood insurance in most of Texas.

at this point its hard just to get regular homeowners insurance. i have had to change twice due to them pulling out of the state.

And it’s expensive too, sometimes higher than your home insurance premium.

Very few people are rethinking anything in Texas. People don’t have the money to spend on stuff like flood insurance unless their mortgage loan provider mandates it. Most people would rather play the odds.
