The president said on Truth Social he had authorized the justice department to seek the public release of the materials, which are under seal, citing “the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein”.

Bondi, who has weathered days of accusations by Trump’s far-right supporters that she had mismanaged and failed to deliver on promises to release previously secret documents about the Epstein case, responded to Trump’s post with a post of her own that vowed to comply with the directive.

Grand jury transcripts won't necessarily include the clients and associates. The evidence presented to a grand jury is relevant to Epstein's guilt, something we already know.

This is an attempt by Trump to appear transparent, move the goalposts, and then claim that critics can never be satisfied.

And you can bet that whatever they DO release will be heavily redacted and sanitized. I hope Ghislaine Maxwell is put into solitary confinement with multiple 24/7 cameras on her. If she agrees to talk, it's all over for Trump and the other pedorapists.

Can we not call it ‘bawdy’ and instead… disgusting? Or say ‘note that alludes to statutory rape and rape’? Like, bawdy doesn’t really evoke the correct feelings. I got ‘bawdy’ two nights ago, because all it means is lewd or risqué…
