Tuvalu’s population is also very small. Taking in around 10,000 climate migrants would be inconsequential for a country of 28 million like Australia.

More importantly, I would think, is that we are the 6th largest country with the 54th largest population. We should be making these agreements with every other pacific island nation already, and guarantee a much swifter migration rate each.
