No, personally I find the most disturbing part is that they’re parked in a disabled park. I’d put any money on them not having a pass. Especially because they’re half parked into the spot reserved for wheelchair ramps. I have a pass, and I’ve run into these sorts of people before. If you even look in their direction they go off at you on some rant about how they should be able to park there “to run in for a minute” or some other shit.
Also, I noticed they have no license plate. This is definitely a sovereign citizen. They probably think the state has no right to stop them from parking wherever they please.
