Lol, no one gets paid to fucking riot. The act of rioting is it's own reward. Since J6 It's also a completely legitimate form of political speech.

They did, but no one tried to reframe previous riots as being legitimate, acceptable discourse.

I haven’t hear many people say Jan 6th was acceptable. It was a riot and should be treated as a riot.
