Until now, Epic Rewards were added to your account 14 days after a purchase, in line with our standard refund window. With this update, we’re now granting instant Epic Rewards for purchases that are classified as non-refundable, including:
- Virtual Currency (such as V-bucks or other in-game currency)
- Subscriptions (like Fortnite Crew)
This means you’ll see your rewards balance update instantly after your purchase — no more waiting before spending them on your next game, add-on, or in-game content.
For everything else — like paid games or DLC — your Epic Rewards will still be granted 14 days after purchase. This gives you time to request a refund if you change your mind.
