I need proof that that is smokeable otherwise I'm going to assume someone decided to try and smoke a fancy spoon after smoked something heavy

It looks like a large blunt made out of two different wrapper materials that have been woven together. You usually just see woven blunt wrappers smaller and blockier than this.
