Sakeik and her husband went on their honeymoon in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She was detained shortly after arriving back in the United States

Isn’t the US Virgin Islands part of the US?

airports are one of ICE's choke points, but yea, the article shouldn't say "back." the excuse was: "flagged her for flying over international waters"
