Who could have possibly predicted that Trump would side with Putin? What an utterly shocking development if only there had been years of obsequious praise, leaked intelligence to Russian officials, and repeated calls to dismantle NATO as clues! Truly, nobody saw this coming.

The US used to be one of the ok-ish guys to the rest of the western world. They are absolutely the enemy now. You can't trust them. They have no desire to help those in need. They're at the end of their lifecycle.
