Original Title: TIL in 2003 hepatitis from green onions sickened 650 in the Pittsburgh area who ate at Chi-Chi's, a Tex-Mex restaurant chain. Four died and 485 were hospitalized. It led to Chi-Chi's going out of business nationwide in 2004.
