Maybe this is a stupid question but I'm wondering if the massive $100m and up yachts like the Black Pearl, Maltese Falcon, and Sailing Yacht A actually go sailing.

I feel like the owners are too rich/busy to have the time to make a big crossing and that when the owners are on the boat and want to use it, they would just park it at a beautiful island and enjoy the floating paradise.
