Seems like a good day to remind everyone that Trump’s ex-wife Ivana wasn’t an American citizen until 1988. She gave birth to Don Junior in 1977, Ivanka in 1981, and Eric in 1984. — Let’s cancel their birthright citizenship first.

Hold on there, partner. Did you for a second think that the rules apply to the ruling class especially the progeny of our Crunch Wrap Supreme Leader?

Does th constitution discuss citizenship other than the 14th (is that it?) amendment?

Am I no longer a citizen?

Bunch of pansies

After the Supreme Court issued a ruling that limits the ability of federal judges to issue universal injunctions — but didn't rule on the legality of President Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship — immigrant rights groups are trying a new tactic by filing a national class action lawsuit.

This is how he steals the next election. Anyone who isn't republican has their citizenship - and voting rights- stripped.

What laws now apply to babies as to whether they are American citizens or not?

[–] mkwt@lemmy.world 1 points 1 month ago

It's going to depend possibly on which state and federal court district the baby is in, and whether the baby can afford to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit.

Good! If the Founders could have Predicted the US in the year 2025 they would have ONLY opted to Keep the Amendment that Allows us to SHOOT UP SCHOOLS and LITERALLY Trash ALL the Others!
