You didn't specify which method you're currently using or planning to use, so here's a general overview:
With the GenP method, it works exactly as Adobe's own process. You start by installing the CC app, then patch it with GenP. Afterward, you can install individual Adobe apps like Acrobat through the CC app and patch them all once installed.
To obtain the Acrobat installer itself, you can simply search online for Acrobat's official installer, which will direct you to Adobe's site. From there, you can download, install, and then patch with GenP.
Updates for Acrobat are either handled through the app itself (if you accept the terms) or manually via Adobe's official Acrobat update page, as noted on the Compatibility List.
Alternatively, the Monkrus method involves using prepatched (with GenP files and methods) standalone installers that do not require the CC app. You can download these from the Monkrus website and install them directly as standalone apps. For updates, you'll need to re-download and reinstall the entire app each time, overwriting the previous version.
Finally, you should use only one method, either GenP or Monkrus, and never mix them, as doing so can cause issues. Also, never run GenP on Monkrus versions.
