You hate to see a injury basically decide a game seven like this.

Especially a few minutes into the 1st quarter. So deflating for the poor guy, his team and the series. Damn Achilles man, just hang on for like 40 more minutes dude, could have had a ring! Maddening.

Yeah. I hate that for Hali.

Damn I feel like we got robbed of an all time great game 7.

As a Timberwolves fan, I was rooting for the Pacers out of a combination of pure spite and the foul-farming saw the Thunder engage in. In fairness, the Thunder might just be good at basketball.

That’s the thing. They ARE good as it is, they don’t need the foul-baiting and flopping. Not to mention they get away with a lot of physicality in the name of elite defense. That’s why their championship run was so frustrating to watch.

After Kobe, KD, Dame, Tatum, and Klay— I truly cannot understand why they let another guard with a “calf strain” play. It is medical malpractice and really bad financial planning to allow someone to play with an aggrevation that leads to torn Achilles, SPECIFICALLY with all time great heavy minutes 2 Guards who drive with hesitation moves.

Hali surely lobbied to play but the medical team HAS to sell the stakeholders more on why missing game 6 was a good idea.

Yeah it is. I think the players are just too powerful these days. Can't say no to them. Maybe this time it'll stick in players' heads.

I’m really happy for OKC and will probably be riding my bike downtown to the parade on Tuesday.

I hope Haliburton can heal well. Both OKC and Indiana are on the map now.
