Abused is the word that you're looking for. The kid has these issues because they're abused. Abused by family and everyone in school while having zero actual friends to confide in. Abused.
But keep saying they have issues because of a fake disorder. Sure, that's helpful. Why is a five year old wearing diapers but is so smart they can do 9th grade math? Because disorder.
