I'm going to post this here, lg oled and apple TV. So I started with an LG c2, playstation 5 and an Onkyo 696. When I bought the tv I only had my set top box connected to the receiver, the ps5 was directly to tv. Cec worked wonderfully.

I recently bought a sony 4k Blu ray, an apple TV and moved my ps3 to the theater. So when I started using everything I had to turn off cec on the disc player and the ATV. They both completely took over and would auto turn on when ever I turned on the receiver. The ps5 still works well and is not intrusive. So when I'm playing ps5 and switch to the cable box, the ATV kicks in even though the cec is off. As of now the cec is on on the receiver, ps5 and the tv. Is there a setting I'm missing on the ATV? It's too intrusive, I only want it to come on when I turn it on.

Also I have to turn on deep color on the tv to view content in Dolby vision, so I have to manually turn it on and off when I want to go back to cable, the DVD player automatically turns on deep color when it powers up. Is there a way for the ATV to do the same?
