But not really. He was Merlin in a kid's movie and King Richard in Robin Hood: Men in Tights but looking at IMDB most of his fantasy stuff is voice work.
He's in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, where he's the one dreaming about you actually. No wheelchair sadly

What is it with casting directors and a hatred for Patrick Stewart's mobility‽
