Are you missing a black Honda 4door? One is parking in my rented space, which also has its door weatherstripping pulled out at the top of the door, as though it has been jimmied. Its in Mt Vernon and (kbin.social)

Its in Mt Vernon and the first two items on the license plate are 1F-----. I have called 311. It was not there when I left for work this AM. Another similar car was in my space some months ago. It was stolen & was being hidden in my parking spot.
