Despite the largest outpouring of protests since Trump was re-elected, opinion polls indicate his immigration policies remain broadly popular with the public.

A CBS/YouGov survey last week found 54% of Americans approved of his policy to deport immigrants who are in the US illegally - 46% disapproved.

What the actual fuck. I can’t believe this number is real. Am I living in a bubble? It’s entirely possible. This can’t be true, right? Or is it?

A Quinnipiac University poll this week has him underwater on immigration (43% approve, 54% disapprove) and deportations (40% approve, 56% disapprove). Not sure why these two polls are so far apart, nor why there’s still 40% of people in favor of what’s happening.

20% easily are just living their lives without any deep thought to what is going on.

My wife and I sometimes wish we could just be stupid.

It's not. Even the farmers that voted for him are absolutely pissed now that they realized all their cheap labor is getting abducted, and their crops are just sitting there. Like so mad to the point that the Dipshit admin is already walking back this policy to maybe only target those actually committing crimes... You know, what we've been mostly doing for years already.
