I don't think so. Those horizontal lines are probably from the wings of a glide bomb. But small enough munition to only blow out that room? Rest of the windows look pretty undamaged.

I think most of us were expecting Israel to take some major swings at Iran. The only surprising part is how much nothing this current administration says about Israel.
