FUCKING LOVE this new Teezo Touchdown album. If you haven't heard it yet, I strongly suggest listening to it. It's this lovely blend of rock, R&B, and rap that feels super natural. Cuts like "Ok" sound like they could have come off a Weezer album with a big "I'm gonna do it anyways" supported by tons of vocal harmonies. "Too Easy" is a noisy punk song with a vocal performance that reminds me of MCR. Then there are the poppier R&B cuts on the album like "Nu Nay" and "Mood Swings" with these bright and expressive basslines. All of these songs manage to feel like they fit together despite being so varied.
