The Taliban was in charge when the U.S. launched its invasion, and the Taliban is in charge now. I feel like maybe there's a joke waiting to be made here...

My good friend did several tours with the Canadian military and said that by far the most dangerous thing in Afghanistan were the Americans. Now he has ptsd
