I donated at https://u24.gov.ua/ thats the official site afaik (but please do your due diligence and ascertain the validity of that site by searching around a bit yourself)
You can direct where the funds go on that site, like for education, or for war maybe, other areas too. That's how it was for me.
It's inspiring seeing what true leadership looks like for a change.
If anyone starts to have the slightest bit of sympathy for Russia, remember... They could stop this today. Get the fuck out of Ukraine, pay reparations, stay in your country, and enjoy not burning piles of money and sending your citizens into the meat grinder...
