Start with nouns. Don't bother too much with placement, just toss them in - subject, object, genitive construction, it's all fine. Add a few split phrasal verbs in; season with additional prepositions if necessary, but go easy on the conjunctions (they have a bitter aftertaste). Dress the whole thing with adverbs and yoghurt and you're set.
