I guess. It's not like you can go in and have them make recommendations for your trip, they just peddle travel junk like most airport stores.

To be fair, this does sorta fit. Advising on what add ons to use for the trip that you (hopefully) booked through them or will book your next through. Kinda clever, as far as marketing goes.
