This feels like an interesting gambit from the PVV. I imagine their campaign will largely consist of pointing to their coalition allies as the source of their failure to pass some of their insane immigration "reforms," and are hoping to pick up even more seats in the election.
Of course, this could also backfire tremendously. It feels like these days, whether a country falls centrist or fash is more like a coin flip. If the Dutch citizens are looking at the shitshow that currently is the U.S. government, they might feel like Wilders and the PVV had their time and choose normalcy. Another big election for the future of Europe.
