I strongly encourage you to open a weekly thread for your team, even if no-one is replying at first.

I just spent a week as the only person in this community and it's already getting posts from other people, had they passed by without those posts it would have looked even less appealing.

Nobody wants to be the first people at the party, but this party isn't going to grow without us.
