Probably too much serrano.

Cost per person, $2.79? New category? "Can you buy this anywhere?" No. No you can't.

Im always impressed with birria and how few people know about it. No joke, make this if you cant buy it! Also quesabirria is even better

A full pound of crust, was actually a bit thicker than it should be. 8 ounces of cheese was the right amount for the style.
