It's good and all but still feels like he fell off. Don't think he's been the same ever since that late fall injury?

He did fall off. He scored fewer goals than last season. Last season he scored 36 goals. This season he only scored 26. Serhou Guirassy scored 28 last season and also fell off to only score 21 this year. Had he kept up the same level as last season Harry Kane would only have come second.

Add to this the fact that Harry Kane is the designated penalty taker for his team. If I'm not mistaken he scored 9 penalties this season. While I don't believe penalties should be discounted - Kane is one of the best penalty takers currently active - neither Guirassy nor Patrick Schick, the joint runners up this season, scored many penalties.

Guirassy Takes Dortmund penaltys too afaik when Can isn't on the field.

True. However, Guirassy scored 3 of his goals via penalties (out of a total of 4 taken) while Kane scored 9 (out of 9, an impressive record).
