Damn, what a tragic loss of class consciousness. I hope the modern wave of unionisation is friendlier to communism. I feel like it is but that’s just anecdotally from my perspective

I definitely think that there is a far more positive view of communism, especially among young people, than at any time since WW2 in the west. Ultimately this comes down to the fact that people have only seen their lives get worse and worse under capitalism, and are now rejecting the system along with all the propaganda that comes with it.
