As a new recreation Centre rises in an Ontario city, it has temporarily displaced Ribfest, a beloved tradition that’s united the community for almost 20 years.

It’s Bowmanville, Ontario.

Well, small victories. It will be back, unfortunately. It travels around exploiting atrocity and addiction and spreading disease.

I've heard Ribfest is problematic but not that problematic.
