A Norfolk farm is being transformed into a thriving wetland as part of a rewilding scheme.

The 292-ha High Fen site near Methwold is a former daffodil farm but has recently become the base for a habitat-restoration project.

The scheme is being undertaken by Nattergal, which also manages Boothby Wildland in Lincolnshire, and will be paid for by selling units of biodiversity net gain (BNG) to developers whose projects fail to meet a government target to boost nature.
