Good old Revenge Bedtime Procrastination.
Feel this. Played R.E.P.O. with a mate trying to get as far as possible. Kept dying in the beginning of the round, then we had a decent round and boom, it was deep into the night. Whoops!
idk I see it as a win if I find something that's genuinely interesting enough to delay bed time
I've learned that I wake up feeling like warmed-over shit whether I've slept for 4 hours or 9+ hours. So why bother going to sleep early if I've got something to do?
I have the other issue. I get up early and can't go back to bed because I feel the call of the void. High rise life, yo.
Major test of Strength implies you're going to bonk yourself on the head to fall asleep.
