Why are there some keycaps missing?
A Blog
A baby-wrangling elder millennial with a flare for writing tech. This is my blog. Learning German.
Current gadgets:
eink: Mooink Pro A4, Quaderno gen 2 A5, Supernote A6X, Pocketbook Verse, Boox Palma 1 (gotta collect them all)
writer deck: ZSA 40% ortholinear Planck + screen, Micro Journal rev 6
favorite paper notebooks: L!IFE red notebooks, softcover Leuchtturm 1917
I moved everything a row up so I didn't want my palm to accidentally hit anything. I'm not using the bottom row.
I have the same keyboard and chose the Kailh choc sunset switches. I love the tactile feeling and they’re not overly loud, although clearly audible.
Gotta try them then! I'm in love with the thock-ness of my MX Boba U4 on the Planck. I heard that it's hard to get that tactile sense with chocs.
It is! I‘ve tried the brown chocs as well, but they felt really mushy. Now I love my voyager. It has basically everything I would have wanted from a custom keyboard.
Gah. So tempting. All this tariff stuff is making me make excuses to buy all the things now and hide in a cave.
