Anil Ambani's Reliance Home Finance borrowed over Rs 12,000 crore from banks and investors, and defaulted. SEBI has now fined Reliance Home Finance Rs 15 lakh, three executives a total of Rs 6.5 lakh. Nothing on Anil Ambani.
