hello guys ! hope you all doing fine . Well , i am new to all this vpn and stuff , and i am currently moving to america .. i was wondering if i take on vpn service like mullvad or protonvpn , would i be caught while browsing but technically streaming on sites like aniwatch fo anime content . or should i download them (no torrenting but direct donwload)

whats the main catch here . please provide information about this .
