As I get older I realize im the trope adult character in fantasy stories that lost the ability to see magic like in their youth.

Earlier today, my own foot betrayed me by stopping a door from opening fully and causing me to walk right into it.
On the plus side, i didn't drop my plate of food. The hand holding it was the cool to my foot's weird.
