Specs seem promising, battery is a little small for a class 3 bike, but not awful.
Would be a game changer at that weight and speed as long as it's not too expensive.

Reading the history of how the bikes tech came to be I'm not holding hope for a low cost version. Though it does look like a nice incognito ebike that a landlord may overlook.
