After all of these years of wet weather, shit is going to get wild this summer.
The hazard reduction smoke over Sydney, the resultng constant ambulance sirens, and now this heat is giving me not-so-pleasant flashbacks to 2019.
I hate this.
Woohoo! I'm so excited for actually nice weather again! Although I am quite worried about fire season, I do have a feeling it may be a rough one. And this is our first el niño since before covid times, and I've been seeing a fair few councils (especially in the country) who never really returned to maintaining things properly after covid and left large sections of land with tall and dry grass
