The federal government under Joe Biden prosecuted fewer corporate crime cases than at any point in the last 30 years. Now the Trump administration is set to drop or pause more than 100 enforcement actions against corporate misconduct.

Everything Trump does now is Biden’s fault. 😒

[–] Tinidril@midwest.social 2 points 4 months ago

It literally is. Biden's ego kept him in the race far longer than he should have been, and Harris was kept in the shadows through his presidency to prevent her comparative youth from highlighting his deterioration. Biden and those who supported his insane run are absolutely responsible for every bad thing Trump does.

Doesn't dropping or pausing more than 100 suggest more activity under Biden than the 80 prosecuted, since the Trump crew certainly didn't initiate them?

Yes, but if we used logic we wouldn't be able to blame Biden for something Trump is doing.

[–] Tinidril@midwest.social 2 points 4 months ago

Not really. Criminal prosecutions are a very small subset of enforcement actions. That doesn't make this post reasonable, but your logic doesn't check out either.

Joe Biden makes Neville chamberlain look like he knew what he was doing.

Chamberlain did know what he was doing; he was buying time for Britain to rearm so they could put up a fight with the Germans. Biden not so much.

What a load of absolute horseshit.
