This pokemon hasn't made it into the Pocket edition yet.

Who knows when that might be. I'm not sure if there's any correlation between the TCG releases and how cards are released in Pocket. When I first started playing most of the cards were from the original red/blue/yellow gen and now there's all kinds of stuff I don't recognize so I don't think they're following the game releases either.
