BRAKING NEWS: An image has been circulating that appears to depict the assailant exiting a vehicle, apparently a Hummer or similar large SUV. Based on the image, the assailant appears to be heavily armed and may have military training. The assailant is easily distinguishable by significant facial disfigurements.
